The inflatable structure is stable and reliable,need to add constraints to control it,especially the fastening constraint to its low price,easy to use,is one of the most common form of inflatable structure constraint.All kinds of inflatable inflatable tube is the basic structure of the unit structure,the added constraints of deployment dynamics research is the basis of various complex inflatable structure technology deployment.In this paper,the dynamic characteristics of inflatable tube with gluing constraint are studied.It is of great engineering value to control the deployment process of complex inflatable structures.Study on gluing constraint model,the existing constraints between layers failure model defects: can not correctly reflect the mechanical behavior of inflation and Velcro stripping phase of inflatable tube.Based on the interlayer constraint failure model,through the analysis of gluing mechanical properties measurement and gluing stripping mechanism,put forward a new simulation model-fastening elastic constraint constraint failure model.This model can well reflect the dynamic characteristics of the inflatable tube expansion stage and the gluing peeling stage,which is more accurate than the original model.According to the experimental results of the test on the mechanical properties of clasp and the experimental results of the expansion of the inflatable tube with adhesive buckle constraint,the correctness of the elastic constraint failure model is verified,that is,the elastic constraint failure model of the stick buckle constraint can be used to simulate the expansion process of the inflatable tube with the adhesive buckle constraintBased on the bond elastic constraint failure model and the control volume method,the finite element model of the Z type folded 90 percent off gas filling is established.The influence of the arrangement of the buckle,the area of the buckle,the strength of the clasp and the combined clasp on the dynamic characteristics of the inflatable tube is calculated and analyzed by the LS-DYNA software.The influence of dynamic factors such as Z displacement,overall velocity and overall acceleration on the deployment process is also investigated.The results show that the deployment process of the inflatable tube is the most stable when the longitudinal multi section arrangement is adopted,the layout area is larger and the peel strength is larger.The combination of fastening arrangement,the inflatable tubes show start to the inflatable tube fold gluing peel strength decreasing inflatable tube arrangement,the deployment process is the most stable.
