Abstract/Summary:
With the development of China’s space industry and increasingly frequent launch of rockets,the requirements for rocket inspection quality have become more and more stringent.As an important component of the rocket engine,the quality of the large rocket nozzle is directly related to the safety and performance of the rocket engine.As an outlet for the high-pressure gas in the combustion chamber,the large rocket nozzle can control the flow rate of gas to provide thrust for the rocket.The large rocket nozzle is wound and welded by many small variable cross-section pipelines and there may exist problems such as pipeline cracks and welding defects,which will seriously affect the quality and safety of the nozzles.Thus,the inspection of large rocket nozzles is particularly important.At present,the inspection of internal defects of the nozzles mainly adopts the method of sticking films on the outside of the nozzle and workers manually adjusting the X-ray machine to the specified position for exposure.The method has low inspection efficiency and poor movement accuracy.And the nozzle need to be tilted during the inspection process,which brings certain safety hazards.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a large rocket nozzle X-ray inspection equipment to ensure the inspection efficiency,accuracy and safety.This project will adopt a digital design and three-dimensional modeling approach to develop a large rocket nozzle X-ray inspection equipment to realize the inspection of large A-and B-type rocket nozzles based on the existing inspection process.The main structure of the equipment includes a frame support mechanism,a movement mechanism,and a turntable mechanism,where in the movement mechanism is divided into a horizontal movement mechanism,a lifting mechanism,and a deflection mechanism.With the STM32 microprocessor as the core and the MDK5 environment was used to realize the motion control of the entire system.And then the translation,elevation,and deflection movements of the ray machine and the circumferential rotation of the turntable can be achieved.Meanwhile,an upper computer control software was developed in the Visual Studio environment,and a connection is established with the Access Data database,which facilitates the operation observation and record management of data in the inspection process.Finally,in order to lay the foundation for the real-time display inspection technology,the image clarity recognition function was added in the upper computer software,and the Fuzzy PID method was used to simulate the autofocus to improve the autofocus efficiency and accuracy of the ray machine.According to the inspection process and requirements of the large rocket nozzle,a complete rocket nozzle X-ray inspection system was developed,including the design and improvement of the structure,the development of the embedded control system,and the construction of the upper computer software and database.Finally,the inspections of the A-and B-type rocket nozzles were completed and the technical requirements were met.
