This thesis combines with practical engineering project, i.e. research of a newmultiple rocket launchers. Aimed at defects such as long leveling time when hand levelingand precision is affected by humanity factor in traditional rocket launchers, integrated withrequests of highly moving performance, quick reaction ability and accurate attack,referencing modern design theory of other weapons, an auto leveling system of multiplerocket launchers is designed and investigated deeply.The system is made up of watching measure part (double axes leaning sensor,pressure sensor, human-machine interface and so on), system control part (MCS-51 system)and system realizing part (hydraulic transmission system based on hydraulic servo valve).This thesis applies digital and analogical electric technology, data transmission,control technology, MCS, senior programming and hydraulic transmission to design ofauto leveling system in multiple rocket launchers platform. By deeply investigation intosystem overall tactics, system hardware and software design, and simulation of hydraulictransmission, an auto leveling system of multiple rocket launchers which can adapt tocomplicated war circumstance is explored out, which provides theory of real time watchingand auto leveling for horizon extent of multiple rocket launchers platform, and enhancesmoving performance, reliability, stability and shoot precision. The system hascharacteristics of short leveling time, high leveling precision and simple manipulation, andis very meaningful to enhance moving performance of multiple rocket launchers. |
