With the deterioration of human living environment and the excessive consumption of energy from human activities,there are more stringent requirements for the internal combustion engine and the related lubrication system.Now we pay more attention to improve the overall performance of diesel engines,rather than a single performance.That is,to ensure the use of performance under the premise of minimizing energy consumption and reduce environmental pollution and damage.In the operation of diesel engine,if the contact surface of the parts is dry friction due to the lack of lubricating oil,it is bound to cause the wear of the parts;At the same time,a large amount of heat will be produced on the surface of the friction,which will affect the precision parts,and even lead to the failure of parts;And the existence of oil can ensure the formation of oil film between the machine and the parts.This article involves many mechanics and fluid mechanics knowledge,these theoretical knowledge can be more clearly analysis the simulation process of the lubrication system,but also provides a theoretical basis for the calculation of some bearing force.In this paper,the lubrication system of 6240 ZC diesel engine produced by a locomotive plant is simulated and analyzed,Based on the 3D solid model of the diesel engine lubrication system,the simulation software AMESim is used to simulate the whole lubrication system,Then input the parameters needed by the simulation analysis into the model.After considering all the factors,the lubricating oil system of diesel engine is simulated by using the simulation software AMESim to determine the engine oil temperature at 85? and the rotating speed as the calibration condition.After obtaining the required oil pressure and flow parameters,the lubrication system is improved according to the results,so as to select an optimal scheme.After optimization,the pump outlet pressure is 7.76 bar,the pump flow rate is L/min,compared with the previous reduction of 148.1 L/min.The bearing oil film thickness can also meet the minimum requirements,to ensure that no dry friction.The results show that the optimized system is safe and reliable,and can guarantee the normal operation of the diesel engine.
