Resource shortage and greenhouse effect are two difficult problems faced by social development.As the main force of resource consumption and CO2 emissions,the power sector reduces resource consumption and carbon emissions of the power sector,which is crucial for the sustainable development of the whole society.Large scale wind power integration,to provide electricity at the same time also reduces the resource consumption and carbon emissions for the user,to ease the pressure on resources and the environment,but the reverse peak wind power,the wind power consumption problems,especially when the winter heating period,the heating system in thermal power unit load capacity is insufficient,resulting in a large number of the abandoned wind and the uncertainty of wind power output to the safe operation and dispatch of electric power system has brought difficulties.In view of the above problems,this paper studies the robust low carbon economic dispatch of power system including wind power from the power side and load side.The main research contents include:First of all,the operating characteristics of the cogeneration units,wind power and carbon capture power plant were introduced,analyzed the electric thermal thermal power generation unit connection,and the principle of the heat storage device,the thermal storage electric boiler and the demand response to promote the dissipation of wind power were studied.Secondly,according to the winter heating period,wind power consumption problem of north region,established a robust power system of low carbon economy scheduling model considering heat storage device,cogeneration power plant,carbon capture and storage device composed of electric boiler.The system of wind power consumptive capacity was evaluated,its application in wind power prediction system with uncertain interval processing;the total coal consumption and carbon emissions at the lowest cost as the goal,the average effective objective function,the multi-objective bacterial colony chemotaxis algorithm?MOBCC?to solve the system of objective function,and the in the different scenarios of economic goals and targets for carbon emissions are analyzed,at the same time,the change of heat and the convergence of the algorithm are analyzed.Finally,considering the flexible interaction resources of demand side,the price-based demand response is modeled,the load curve is divided and priced according to the peak and valley period,through the formulation of time-of-use electricity prices,users are guided to change the way they use electricity,give full play to the flexibility of the demand side,a robust low carbon economic dispatch model considering demand response is established.Through example simulation,the impact of demand response on system load was analyzed,and the changes of different electricity price ratios to users'electricity consumption modes were analyzed,and the demand for response before and after joining the wind power acceptance and the system's economy and low carbon.
