In order to improve the current situation of energy shortage and environmental protection,to meet the development needs of the Global Energy Internet,to develop wind power,photovoltaic and other clean energy has been widely recognized.However,the randomness,volatility and anti-load characteristics of wind power has been the main reasons hindering the large-scale wind power consumption.At the same time,it also brings a great threat to the safe and stable operation of the system.As an important flexible response mode,Demand Response(DR)can realize the optimal scheduling of load resources and power generation resources,and also provides an important way to increase grid-connected wind power.The paper mainly focuses on two aspects from the demand side to the generation side,and studies the wind power consumption strategy with the participation of DR.The aim is to solve the problem of wind power consumption and weaken the influence of wind power uncertainty brings to the secure and stable operation of power system.Firstly,an improved quadratic clustering method based on genetic K-means algorithm is proposed,and the DR potential of the load is obtained by cluster analysis.The object of DR is determined.and the feasibility and necessity of implementing DR are analyzed.With focusing on the air conditioning load DR potential,it takes the load as an important demand side resource into power generation scheduling.On this basis,the DR optimal scheduling model is established for the demand side to maximize the benefits of wind power,thermal power and demand-side resource.Compared with the conventional unit commitment model,it shows that DR can achieve peak load reduction and transfer,so that the daily load curve is more smooth,and realize the rational allocation of system reserve,reduce the cost of power generation,so as to improve the wind power grid-connected and reduce the phenomenon of abandoned wind.For the generation side,the robust optimization of wind power is realized,the optimization model of DR is improved,and then the paper establishes robust bi-level optimization scheduling model.By the contrast analysis,The main purpose of this paper is to define the "economic red line" for economic scheduling for the generation side and demand side resources,which can be used to test the rationality of real economic dispatch.So under the premise of ensuring the safe and stable operation of the system,it improves the level of wind power integration,which makes the research more practical significance.
