| Since the 21 st century,military industry and transportation industry have developed rapidly in China.At present,armored vehicles,engineering machinery and other vehicles play an extremely important role in developing national defense and economic construction.Developing the test equipment of vehicle engines closer to the actual road condition have become a hot topic in the present study.The parallel mechanism is characterized by large rigidity,strong bearing capacity,high precision,and quick response,and it is widely used in motion simulators.In the view of the numerous advantages of the parallel mechanism,based on the redundant parallel mechanism,this paper presents a new type of simulation platform for engine operating conditions.First,the 3UPU structure of the parallel mechanism was determined.The structure has three degrees of freedom.Two degrees of freedom about the center plane and one degree of freedom along the normal of the middle symmetry plane can be achieved to simulate the pitch,rollover,and pitch of the engine exercise.Then,the redundant driver branches are integrated,and the UPS branches are determined and screened,which enhances the rigidity and bearing capacity of the mechanism.Secondly,the kinematics reciprocal solution calculation and workspace analysis are performed on the mechanism.The position workspace diagram and posture workspace diagram of the mechanism are drawn through MATLAB programming.Then,the dynamics of the structure is analyzed,and the driving force is optimized.Then the structure of the simulation platform was designed,and the Ansys software was used for static analysis.The important components were checked.The force analysis of the mechanism is also carried out.And the machine is processed.Finally,the control system of the simulation platform is introduced. |
