| Cylindrical cam mechanism is widely applied in automatic mechanical transmission mechanism.The mechanism’s movement of any motion law can be achieved with its character of relatively simple processing and low cost.There will be a common cross-impact phenomenon which is detrimental to the stability of the mechanism,especially the direction change of acceleration in the movement of the mechanism.So dynamic characteristic of the cylindrical cam mechanism is still not so well.Two cylindrical cam mechanism with redundant structure are put forward to improve the dynamic characteristic of the mechanism,namely cylindrical cam mechanism with different size roller and cylindrical cam mechanism with double-layer roller.Several aspects of primary content are as follows:(1)By widely reading the literature,the present situation of cylindrical cam mechanism in domestic and foreign is summarized.The main research content is introduced and the advantages and disadvantages of the cylindrical cam mechanism in practical application are analyzed.In order to improve the character of present cylindrical cam mechanism,cylindrical cam mechanism with different size roller and cylindrical cam mechanism with double-layer roller are put forward.In addition,the main innovation point and research method of the tthesis are also provided.(2)Aim at the theory of cylindrical cam mechanism,mainly the movement regular of the mechanism,the motion parameters of the mechanism,the main dimensions of the mechanism and the profile equation of the mechanism are summarized.The concept of redundant structure of cylindrical cam mechanism is put forward on the basis of the common cylindrical cam mechanism.The redundant structure of cylindrical cam mechanism with different size roller and cylindrical cam mechanism with double-layer roller is analyzed and illustrated respectively.(3)Under the hypothesis of elastic deformation,the redundant part’s elasticdeformation quantity of cylindrical cam mechanism with different size roller and cylindrical cam mechanism with double-layer roller is calculated.The pin shaft maximum load of cylindrical cam mechanism with different size roller is calculated in different condition,and the parameter table of the relevant parameters is provided.The parameter table and the deformation value of the elastic deformation of cylindrical cam mechanism with double-layer roller is provided by considering the contact elastic deformation.(4)Based on the principle of equidistant surface and the profile equation of cylindrical cam mechanism,3D model of cam mechanism with different size roller and cylindrical cam mechanism with double-layer roller are established by Pro/E.According to the redundant structure,different size roller cam and double-layer roller cam body modeling are established.The model of indexing plate is also established respectively.(5)The kinematics and dynamics simulation of normal cylindrical cam mechanism and cylindrical cam mechanism with redundant structure are completed by ADAMS.The post-processing results of the latter are compared with the former to verify the effectiveness of redundant structure.Finally,the rigid and flexible coupling simulation analysis is carried out on the different size roller cylindrical cam mechanism. |
