| In order to adapt to the high-speed,high-precision,and high-reliability development of mechanical manufacturing equipment,proposing and developing a new type of ball spline in this paper.According to the working characteristics of the ball spline pair,a suitable ball material is determined.Based on the contact stress and contact deformation of the ball in the raceway,the curvature distribution of the raceway and the ball of the new material are used to design the elliptical arc track cut-off.The size and number of balls are determined under constant stiffness conditions,and the stiffness,friction characteristics,and vibration resistance of spline pairs under new contact conditions are investigated.Study on the stiffness of spline.Stiffness analytical model is based on Hertz theory,analysis of Si3N4 ball with GCr15 ball in the contact deformation and stress distribution under different load and andpre-tightening,analysis the influence of prestressing force,verifity the analysis with finite element software by means of element simulation,get a good consistency and the theoretical analysis results.The calculation method of the combination stiffness of the spline is deduced and its overall stiffness is investigated.Research on Frictional Characteristics of Spline.Starting from the movement characteristics of the ball,the contact state and the motion form of the ball inside the spline are analyzed,the main motion form of the spline friction is analyzed and the friction force is calculated;the influence of pretightening force on the friction is analyzed.Solve corresponding friction under different preloads.compare with metal ball spline.Study on the antivibration of spline,the dynamic characteristics of hybrid ceramic ball spline are analyzed.The finite element model of spline submodal analysis is established to obtain the natural frequency and vibration mode of the first six order.the damping characteristics of the spline are studied,the harmonic response analysis is carried out,and the amplitude frequency curve of the load direction is obtained,and the dynamic characteristics of the new ball spline under the working load are investigated. |
