Engine electronic control unit is the most important part of automobile electronic system.Its electronic control technology is an important means to reduce pollution emissions,reduce fuel consumption and improve engine power and safety.The technical level of electronic control system is also an important standard to measure the level of engine and automobile industry,and its research and development has been paid more and more attention.In this paper,according to the requirements of the development and optimization of ECU control algorithm,through analyzing the problems existing in the development of the traditional control system ECU,based on the bypass idea commonly used in the development and optimization of the control algorithm at present.On the basis of the existing bench,a two-channel parallel ECU test environment is built,and the system design and development of real-time acquisition of running parameters from the original P-ECU by developing V-ECU are carried out,which realizes the flexibility and high speed acquisition of arbitrary parameters of P-ECU.The software system of upper computer is designed based on Labwindows,the communication protocol of data transmission between upper and lower computer is established,the driving software system of lower computer is designed based on Codewarrior,and the operation steps of practical application are complicated.The optimization is upgraded to a parameter acquisition system without PC software.Autonomous control algorithm optimization platform is developed based on Simulink environment,which provides an efficient way to optimize the control algorithm of any functional module of ECU.The interface of each interrupt task is developed based on RTW code generation technology,and the ccpm module is customized based on Leagcy Code Tool tool.Finally,based on the throttle control module algorithm and with the help of INCA calibration system,the system platform test is carried out in the built bench environment,and the test results are analyzed.The research results show that the parametric acquisition system is fast in communication speed and flexible in acquiring variables,which can meet the requirements of real-time communication between the two ECU in the optimization process of the control algorithm.The control algorithm optimization platform is convenient and reliable in application,flexible and efficient in development,and low in cost.
