In many of the substitute fuels,the use of natural gas in human history is longer than others,and the study for the natural gas is more deeply and mature,and it has a better relative than other emerging energy in its market value and the ability to accept for people.So the research on the application of natural gas has a great positive effect on the development of the society,especially the high energy consumption of the ship power industry.Reform the pure diesel engine to be a dual fuel engine by increasing a natural gas supply system and an electronic control system has become a more successful application.In this paper,the pure diesel engine has been transformed into a LNG-diesel dual fuel engine,and the function of the electronic control system for the gas supply was designed according to the requirements.Finally,this paper had proposed a improvement scheme based on the previous work,and carried out the development and verification.The natural gas supply of dual fuel engine has a variety of ways,including the turbocharger-forward gas inlet and the turbocharger-after gas inlet,multi-point injection and single-point injection and so on.After a comprehensive consideration,this paper choosed the way of single-point injection after turbocharger through the electronic control system to carry on the natural gas supply.According to the requirement and the actual parameters of engine,this paper had build the control system of hardware platform,including sensors,electronic control unit(ECU)and actuators(injection valve selection).The software of the control system was detailed designed,including the sensor signal processing,protection function,communication function,calibration of flow and duty cycle,development of control box information of electric control system.Design the acceptance test for relevant design work,to ensure the correctness and reliability of software.Then after the summary of the preliminary work of software design,this paper had proposed the corresponding improvement scheme aiming at the deficiencies of the preliminary work.First,introduced ? C / OS-II embedded operating system as a support system in the design of the software to improve the efficiency of software design and the real-time and stability.Second,achieve ? C / OS-II to simulink/RTW automatic code generation technology integration to reduce artificial code writting as much as possible in the development of software process and improve the development efficiency of the software function design.Finally,build a project for testing the generated code to verify the feasibility of the improved scheme.
