| Carbon fiber composite reinforced materials(CFRP)has excellent properties such as high strength,light weight,corrosion resistance is strong,in the field of engineering reinforcement as a new material instead of steel(cloth,board,cable,steel),have been widely used.The common CFRP reinforcement method has the external post reinforcement method and the embedded reinforcement method.If the CFRP is not prestressed,in the condition of covariant deformation,its high strength is difficult to be played.Especially in the reinforcement of existing structures,CFRP can exert more limited strength.Therefore,the prestressing of CFRP materials can be applied from a structural perspective to exert its high strength.In view of the shortcomings of the above mentioned CFRP reinforcement method,I plan to study the test of embedded prestressed CFRP reinforcement for reinforced concrete beams and carry out corresponding work:(1)For embedded prestressed CFRP reinforced bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beams with experiment research,and analyzes the occurrence of the whole failure process,the CFRP reinforcement reinforcement of beam crack load and yield load,ultimate load,such as data,and comparative analysis not prestress and exert different under the condition of the prestressed reinforcement reinforcement effect,for the prestressed CFRP embedded steel reinforcement in the reinforced concrete beam is applied to practical engineering to provide the reference;(2)With different cross section area of applying the same prestressed CFRP tendons,crack of reinforced concrete beam is studied,the influence of the deflection and damage forms,and then discuss the stiffness change of test beam;(3)Different prestress was applied to the same CFRP bars,and the test showed that with the increase of prestress of CRFP bars,the bearing capacity of the beam and the development of cracks and other aspects of performance were also improved.(4)Through the relationship between stress and strain in the test process,the cross section deformation of reinforced concrete beam reinforced with embedded prestressed CFRP bars is verified to conform to the assumption of flat section.(5)Based on the ANSYS software,through the test and finite element to find best synergy prestressed CFRP reinforced with steel loading mode,analysis,applying limit stress of CFRP tendons 50% ~ 60% can better improve the utilization rate ofCFRP tendons,can more fully use of CFRP tendons. |
