With the rapid development of our society,people are paying more and more attention to their own health.Allergy,as a disease which people suffer from,hardly has radical cure.It is important to perform allergen checks on suspected patients promptly and prevent contact with allergens timely.At present,there is no automatic allergen detector in our country.Foreign allergen detectors are not only expensive,but also have disadvantages like low degree of automation which costs many manual operations,lack of cleaning module,and unfriendly human-machine interface,which urgently need improvement.The paper designs and implements a full-automatic allergen detector,which consists of three levels,namely field device level,real-time control level,management and monitoring control level;the real-time control level is realized by PLC;the field equipment level consists of devices needed for allergen detection,including the syringe pump,the suction movement subsystem,the cleaning control subsystem,the optoelectronic measurement subsystem,and the power supply module for each subsystem;the PLC connects the field devices through its I/O and RS485 buses,packaged in a chassis;through Ethernet,PLC connects management and monitoring level which uses PC to achieve data management and supervision and control of allergen measurement.The paper has designed and implemented the main modules of the system.The main tasks are as follows:(1)Based on the detection requirements of allergens,a three-layers structure of field device level,real-time control level,management and monitoring control level,is proposed,and the overall design scheme of the system is given.(2)According to the design requirements,complete the hardware design of the system,including power module design,cleaning control circuit design,syringe movement subsystem hardware design,chassis and motor bracket mechanical structure design.Each hardware module cooperates to complete the detection process.(3)Design an application layer protocol that is compatible with the existing RS485 communication of the existing syringe pump.This protocol is used for RS485 communication of the optoelectronics measurement subsystem.It communicates through compatible protocols and uses different station addresses to reduce the use of communication ports and make the system more flexibility.(4)With the detection requirements,complete the software design of real-time control level,management and monitoring control level,namely PLC and PC software design.PLC uses a combination of time and event interrupts to make the program more efficient and safer.The upper computer software has functions such as data monitoring,order issuance,and test result processing.After actual testing,it is comfirmed that the detection system has stable performance,can complete operations such as detection and data processing,has high detection accuracy and credibility,and its human-machine interface is friendly which meets basic application requirements.This article designs a system with a high degree of automation,high compatibility features,and has the value of promotion in the field of medical detection in the future.
