Interlocking is one of the most important tasks in substation. Nowadays, substation becomes more and more intelligent and digital. How to achieve anti-misoperation in substation's interlocking has been an focus and difficult part of research area. With the development of substation automation technology, the way of anti-misoperation in substation's interlocking has experienced mechanical interlocking, electric interlocking and microcomputer interlocking. Now, most of substations use electrical interlocking and microcomputer interlocking. Even some substations use the mechanical anti-misoperation system.Mechanical and electrical ant-misoperation interlocking system can not achieve complex logic interlocking, and microcomputer anti-misoperation interlocking system cannot achieve real-time online anti-misoperation function. This thesis analyzes the above-mentioned issue, and designs the control system in accordance with the IEC 61850's three-level model, which are substation level, bay level, and process level, then provide an embedded online anti-misoperation interlocking system. The system is based on embedded sytem, and strictly in accordance with the IEC61850 specification. It achieve device controlling within bay level, and exchanging of control message among bays.This thesis has several aspects of the related researching work as following:(1) Provide an online real-time interlocking monitoring system solution. Monitor the switch's state instantly using Modbus communication protocol, and achieve the remote control function.(2) Design the control system strictly in accordance with the IEC61850 specification's information model, communication model. Use GOOSE transfer technology, achieve the locking GOOSE message sending and receiving in the embedded Linux platform.(3) Structure a control platform, which use the AT91SAM9G45 as the main processor, and use Linux as the operating system. Introduce the design of system hardware, porting the Linux operating system and device driver, as well as the design of the application.
