Research On The Improvement Of City Traffic Function Of Taishan Based On The Shenzhen-maoming Railway

With the implementation of China's Mid and Long term Railway Network Plan in2016,combined with the eight horizontal and eight vertical main corridor as the skeleton,regional connection lines,and intercity railway as supplementary high-speed railway network planning,China's high-speed railway construction in a development peak again.The gradual expansion of railway lines has not only increased the exchange of logistics,information flow,capital flow,and people flow between cities along the route,but also demonstrated the driving role of transportation in the development of the cities along the line.The Shenzhen-Maoming Railway is not only a new network of passenger and freight transportation in the Pearl River Delta region to connect with the coastal areas of western Guangdong,but also a new channel connecting the east and west wings of the Pearl River in the core area of the Pearl River Delta.Therefore,this project is an important part of the domestic trunk railway network in Guangdong,It not only improves the comprehensive transportation network of urban clusters,increases the accessibility of road networks,and promotes the exchange of personnel and materials among regions,but also helps to realize the complement of advantageous resources and industries,and promotes the balanced development of the eastern and western regions has an important role and significance.Take this opportunity to discuss the construction of the Shenzhen-Maoming Railway for improving the function of urban traffic along the station has certain theoretical and practical significance.Theoretically,this article first focuses on the importance of transportation in city development,and analyzes the impact through the the public management theory of public product,public welfare and fairness,and the new public management competition mechanism,and use the TOD model to analyze the development of transport impact on city development,through the understanding of the development of high-speed railway and the construction of the Shenzhen-Maoming Railway.In practice,from the analysis of the traffic development situation and the status quot of the transportation function of Taishan,through the problems existing in the traffic of Taishan and the necessity for improving the traffic function.On the one hand,described the opportunities for the traffic development of Taishan under the influence of the ShenzhenMaoming Railway.On the other hand,explored the challenges and proposes measures toenhance the transportation function of Taishan.Finally,this article focusing on the traffic management theory proposes suggestions on how to improve the city traffic function of Taishan based on the influence of the ShenzhenMaoming Railway.It is necessary to improve the traffic management system,as well as the transportation infrastructure and urban transportation.Sustainability capacity to achieve longterm integration of traffic construction and city development.
