Marketing Strategy Research Of The M Company

With the increasingly fierce competition in the market of the logistics systems equipment in recent years,the marketing strategies of companies are very important.In normal business cases,logistics transportation equipment is usually sold with projects as the part of customization.While big projects usually need to go through the bidding process,vendors that are with rich prosperity in the e-commerce and express logistics industry and even some domestic and foreign companies with financial and technological advantages from other industries,are fighting together and trying to outbid each other,that accelerates the competition in the industry.When M company facing such fierce competition in the industry,the proportion of its gross profit declines,the speed of its project development sometimes has lag behind comparing to others in the industry,and that causes its business risk increasing.M company urgently needs to open up some new target markets for its continuous business growth and development.This thesis starts with marketing research and analysis of M company's current marketing strategy in the domestic market.For the external macro-economic environment changes and the competition in the e-commerce logistics industry,the information and data collected through interviews and surveys from M company are used to analyze its inherent strengths and weaknesses.Multiple quantitative research methods are also used to look for solutions,which formulates a marketing strategy suitable for the future development of M company,which is to improve the competitive advantage and core competences.Meanwhile,I hope this thesis can be used as the reference for the other businesses that operate in the same industry.
