Research On Renewal Of Cultural Landscape In The Hometown Of Overseas Chinese In Wuyi From The Perspective Of Urban Design

In China’s new town construction,Guangdong and Hong Kong and Macao Great Bay Area accelerated development,the world cultural landscape of the number and potential imbalance,with the Chinese diaspora--Jiangmen Wuyi as the representative of the cultural landscape of hometown of overseas China is facing the loss of the era background,the need for China,especially the cultural landscape of Wuyi People are increasingly aware of the relevance between nature,culture and history,and they are aware of the importance of the cultural landscape and the harmony of urban life and town development under the influence of history and overseas Chinese,as well as the urgency of renewing the cultural landscape of Wuyi hometown.First of all,through the study of the formation and characteristics of research objects,discover the relevance and influence the content of cultural landscapes in Wuyi overseas Chinese is not only embodied in the external material forms such as architecture and landscape,but also on the aspects of Urban history,the financing of overseas China and the management of the modern construction.But these only from the simple urban planning,architectural design and landscape design from the angle of separation from each other to solve the problem of cultural landscape renewal,and through the urban design of the space form control guidance,the introduction of multiple participation and synergy mechanism from the city as a whole,The key section and the important node and so on different level to the cultural landscape Renewal strategy implementation guidance.At the same time,this paper introduces the typology of one of the important methods of urban form research,which has important methodological value and technical logic significance in urban design,and attaches importance to urban nature,historical culture and different levels of classification to urban design.Furthermore,this paper,under the guidance of the urban design perspective and typology method,the urban spatial elements in the areas of planning,architecture and landscape are constructed by the cultural landscape formed by the influence of the overseas Chinese,which forms the cultural landscape system of Wuyi,according to "Macro-City","Middle View-block(village)","Micro-architecture(landscape)monomer" At three levels,the cultural landscape types of the five Wuyi overseas towns are "urban spatial texture and pattern","complex group and public space" and "building monomer and its environment" respectively.Among them,because of the residential block in Wuyi District,the distribution of a wide range of overseas,the main research representative of the cultural landscape of Wuyi’s overseas hometown is to choose the building blocks,which are rich in the types of elements,prominent in the characteristics of the overseas-town culture,closely related to the development of modern urban style,and great potential of the heritage,but not like the Kaiping towers and the ancient villages.,this paper constructs and analyzes the cultural landscape system of the building blocks from the angle of urban design and typology,and puts forward the renewal mode of the cultural landscape of the block blocks in macroscopic,meso and microcosmic aspectsFinally,the paper takes the historical block of Jiangmen long dike as the demonstration of planning and design as an empirical research,It provides a reference for the study of the whole renewal mode of cultural landscape in Wuyi.
