New energy vehicle has an inherent advantage that traditional fuel cars can not match in environment protection and energy conservation,it is recognized as the future direction for the development of automobiles.However,the dynamic and safety of new energy vehicles operating in complex environments are difficult problems to be solved,the operation monitoring system for new energy vehicles can help solve the problem.With the popularity of smart phones,more and more applications are developed based on mobile phones.This thesis adopts the monitoring mode of “on-board data acquisition terminal + smart phone”,design and implement the android-based operation monitoring system for new energy vehicles,smart phone as the monitoring center,vehicle control unit as on-board data acquisition terminal.Both of them communicate to realize the wireless transmission of the whole vehicle running data through the Wi-Fi.Thus,users can easily monitor the operation status of new energy vehicles by mobile phones.First of all,according to the demand analysis of the system function,the overall scheme of the system is proposed.The operation monitoring system for new energy vehicles needs to obtain the status data of each electronic control unit inside the vehicle,and to realize the display and storage of the data.This thesis uses the vehicle control unit to realize the collection of the data,and then send it to the mobile center of monitoring by wireless communication,the monitoring center display and save it.Secondly,complete the hardware design of vehicle control unit(VCU).This thesis uses TI's multi-core microcontroller TMS320F28M35H22C1(hereinafter refered to F28M35)as the main control chip of VCU,design and implement the minimum system circuit,CAN communication interface circuit,Wi-Fi communication interface circuit,SD card storage interface circuit,and other functional module circuit.Thirdly,design and implement the software of vehicle control unit based on F28M35,which mainly completes the design of SAE J1939 communication protocol,CAN communication program and Wi-Fi communication program.The CAN communication program realizes the collection of the system data;The Wi-Fi communication program realizes wireless transmission of the system data;The SAE J1939 communication protocol unifies the format of data transmission,and it is integrated into F28M35 software program in the form of software middleware,which improved the reuse rate of software.Finally,design and implement the android-based mobile application of monitoring,respectively completing the design of the monitoring interfaces,network transmission and data analysis modules,and the database module.The system test platform was built.Based on the platform,some function of the system was tested,including the CAN communication function,the Wi-Fi communication function,the data display and storage function of the mobile monitoring software.The test results show that the system designed in this thesis can realize the collection and wireless transmission of the vehicle operation data,and it can realize the display and storage of the data in the mobile center of monitoring.
