Thrombotic diseases caused by abnormal platelet function have become the highest mortality in the world.Although,antiplatelet drugs can treat thrombotic diseases,the doses vary due to personal and age difference,which high-lights the importance of platelet function detection.The detection of platelet function can not only provide a more scientific basis for the patient's medication,but also can promptly detect the risk of thrombosis.Moreover,because of the dependency on import,problems with unstable detection results and low sensitivity,the development of a platelet aggregometer with reasonable price,stable detection results and high sensitivity has important significance and good social value.This paper proposes a method based on combined detection of transmission and scattering to detect the platelet aggregation rate,and makes full use of the different characteristics of transmitted light and scattered light of platelet aggregation particles to provide more abundant information for the detection of aggregation rate.Due to the large variation of the signal amplitude before and after the addition of the aggregating agent and the non-stationary nature of the signal itself,in order to improve the stability of the system.On the one hand,the programcontrolled gain amplification circuit is applied to the platelet aggregation meter detection system for the first time in the hardware design.This not only guarantees the linearity of the analog-to-digital converter,but also minimizes the data conversion error.On the other hand,in the software design,this paper denoises the signal based on the Mallat algorithm,which can retain the effective information while removing the noise.By testing the blood samples of 40 subjects,preliminary examination results showed that the platelet aggregation rate of blood with hypercoagulable state is significantly higher than that of normal blood.Scattered light channel detects the platelet aggregation rate of hypercoagulable state blood that is significantly greater than that of the normal blood.The sensitivity of the scattered light channel is 8% higher than that of the transmitted light channel.Therefore,this method based on combined detection of transmission and scattering can provide more accurate detection results for platelet function tests.This design has high stability and high sensitivity.Through the detection of 40 blood samples,the results showed that the platelet aggregation rate of hypercoagulated blood was significantly higher than normal blood in the transmitted light channel,and the normal blood of platelets with high coagulation blood was significantly greater than the normal blood in the scattered light channel.The sensitivity of the scattered light channel is 8% higher than that of the transmitted light channel.Therefore,this method based on combined detection of transmission and scattering can provide more accurate detection results for platelet function tests.This design has high stability and high sensitivity.
