Near-zero energy consumption buildings are still in their infancy in China,and the technical routes and technical indicators adopted by each climate zone are inconsistent.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the technical indicators and energy consumption indicators of residential buildings with near zero energy consumption in Guangzhou.First of all,in the study of the high thermal insulation performance of the building envelope,it was found that the suitable value of the solar heat gain coefficient of the outer window is 0.3.Considering economy and comfort,the value of heat transfer coefficient of exterior wall in Guangzhou area is recommended to be 1.2 W/m~2·K,while the roof is maintained at the current level of 0.8 W/m~2·K.At the sane time,it is not necessary to increase the thermal requirements of exterior windows in Guangzhou.Secondly,in the study of the high airtightness of the external protective structure,the gas exchange method under the normal pressure in the residential bedroom of the Guangzhou area is currently measured between 0.23-0.71 by the tracer gas method.Through simulation calculations,when the ventilation environment is poor,improving building airtightness will increase building energy consumption;and when the outdoor ventilation conditions are good,the building energy consumption will decrease as the building airtightness decreases.Therefore,based on the development of near-zero-energy buildings in the future and improving indoor comfort,the fresh air system will enter the lives of residents.Finally,in the research of building air conditioning energy consumption index,based on the previous research and analysis of this paper,the guide value of external wall heat transfer coefficient is 0.8W/m~2·K,the constraint value is 1.2W/m~2·K;The solar heat gain coefficient guide value is 0.15,the constraint value is 0.3;The air tightness guide value is 0.035,but it is not required at present.At the same time,the constraint value of the air-conditioning energy consumption index for residential buildings with near-zero energy consumption in Guangzhou is 4.60 kWh/m~2,and the guideline value is 2.59 kWh/m~2. |
