Researches On Protection And Renovation Of Traditional Tibetan Diao Houses In Tongtian River Valley

The Tongtian river valley is the source of the Yangtze River and the important component of the Three rivers,the Tibetan people who lived here for generations have constructed a large number of Tibetan traditional settlements after thousands of years of breeding.The nomadic mode of production in the basin affected the way Tibetans lived,and they settled in summer with the migration of pastures,and in winter they chose to settle in settlements.Settlements are mainly distributed in the valley of the lower reaches of the Tianhe,where the lower elevation is suitable for long-term human habitation.In order to adapt to the natural and geographical environment of the Alpine in the Diao houses,the dwelling houses in the settlement are mainly the Diao houses in the basin are mostly flat-topped and south-facing layout,the plane form to square and rectangular mainly,the number of building layer to two and three storeys,building volume and open the window is small,this can reduce the loss of heat in dwellings.Diao houses residential building more local materials,material to the main stone,with the soil and wood built.In the functional layout,the Diao houses is dominated by livestock circles with captive cattle and sheep,and the two or three floors are the main living space of Tibetans.The detail structure and decoration of Diao houses are less,which embodies the features of Tibetan and religious belief.The Diao houses in the Tongtian river valley is a unique residential building form that the Tibetan people living in the basin have passed through hundreds of years and even thousands of years of exploration and practice,which fully embodies the construction wisdom of Tibetan people.But in the author's actual investigation,it is found that the traditional Tibetan Diao houses are gradually decreasing,so it is very important to protect and study them.This paper takes the traditional Tibetan Diao houses as the main research subject in Tongtian river valley,in this basin,two national traditional villages--Chenduo County Wuyunda and Zhuomuqi Diao houses as the main object of study,the use of Literature review,field survey and comparative analysis,the first integration of existing research on Tibetan residential,Diao houses and the protection and renovation of the relevant literature;Secondly,from the survey and mapping of traditional Tibetan Diao houses dwellings,combined with the specific Diao houses of the case analysis of the traditional Tibetan Diao houses in the Tongtian river valley,the plane layout,fa?ade form,space characteristics,detail decoration and construction skills,etc.And finally summarizes the characteristics of traditional Tibetan Diao houses in Tongtian river valley.Combined with investigation and interview to analyze the influence of the transformation of production life style on the living conditions of Tibetans,the paper studies the strategies,measures and newer design of the protection and renewal of traditional Tibetan Diao houses.The full text is divided into four parts: the first part(the 1th chapter),through the review of the literature and information on the Tongtian river valley and Tibetan traditional Diao houses of the background information and the Tibetan residential,Diao houses and residential protection and renovation of domestic and foreign research status,for follow-up research to pave the ground.The second part(the 2-3 chapter)through the field investigation,summed up the present situation of the settlement and dwelling house in the Tongtian river valley,based on which the characteristics of traditional Diao houses were analyzed.The third part(the 4-5 chapter)puts forward the corresponding protection strategy and the measure to the existing Diao houses dwelling house,and proposes the strategy and the design plan of the Diao houses residence renewal with the protection strategy and the measure.Part IV(the 6th chapter)is a summary of the full text.
