The Study Of Urban Landscape Color Design Based On Environmental Psychology

Color design is an important factor to measure whether urban landscape design meets the needs of people's vision,psychology,behavior and spirit.But it has not been given enough attention at the moment.It appears a series of practical problems,such as serious urban landscape color pollution of urban landscape,lack of regional cultural characteristics and be short of human care in public space.Therefore,it is very urgent to research the relationship between environmental landscape color and human psychological needs.This paper starts with the relationship between ‘environment-human-color',based on the related theories of color theory and environmental psychology.Studies the Xi'an main city urban landscape color by means of questionnaire survey on urban landscape users,in-depth investigation and observation.First,classifies and studies the basic theory of the research object which belongs to the major fields of color theory and environmental psychology,explores the six big contrast relations and two harmonization principles which can be used in urban landscape color collocation,summarizes the unconscious perception theory and the conscious perception theory in environmental psychology with environmental cognition theory,the positive behavior theory and the negative behavior in environmental psychology with environmental behavior theory.Then,combines the above basic theoretical knowledge with the urban landscape color system to carry out research.Based on the analysis about the basiccomposition of urban landscape color,summarizes the four major spatial carriers of urban landscape color,taking the hierarchy needs theory in psychology as the lead,to excavates the five demands of urban crowd's psychological behavior.Secondly,qualitative analyses the relationship between environmental psychology and urban landscape color,explores the five logical relationships of ring link in the‘environment-man-color' relationship system.Based on this and combined with relevant case analysis to find out three kinds of urban landscape color design methods and models suitable for parks,squares and streets.Next,observes the urban landscape color of Xi'an Drum Tower square,Yanta East Garden and West Street were with questionnaire.Using environmental evaluation method and color analysis method to evaluates and analyzes the psychological behavior requirements of urban landscape color design in Xi'an main city.Finally,be aimed at the results of the questionnaire and color analysis,put forward the optimization suggestions for the specific problems in the above-mentioned three types of urban landscape color design,and summarizes the universal urban landscape color design strategies.The purpose of this study is to combine the isolated ‘landscape-man-color' three parties closely,to better guide the urban landscape color design and create a unique color feature of the city style,in order to play a certain guiding role in the future development of urban landscape color design.
