In real life, there is often a sudden change in metabolic rate.If people use different traffic ways, such as walking, riding a bicycle, sitting in public or driving a private car, they often change from a higher state to a sitting state. The mutation of this metabolic rate will affect the heat sensation and thermal comfort of people after arriving in the indoor environment, especially from the hot outdoor heat environment in summer. The increase of the activity level will cause a state of human body heat, then people enter into a neutral or cold air conditioning environment,it still takes a certain amount of time.It can reach the state of comfort. However,at present, the domestic and foreign thermal comfort standards based on the PMV-PPD model based on the homeostasis are unreasonable in evaluating the thermal comfort of the human body after the metabolic rate is abrupt, and there is a large deviation in the prediction value. At present, most of the researches on thermal comfort are based on low metabolic rate, such as sedentary office environment and so on.The related research on the thermal comfort of human body under the condition of metabolic rate and temperature mutation is still less. Therefore, the study of the effect of metabolic rate mutation on human thermal comfort is to guide the heat of indoor heat.Environmental design is of great significance. In order to obtain the physiological heat reaction and psychological heat reaction of human body after metabolic rate mutation, the effect of metabolic rate mutation on human thermal comfort is studied.By means of combination of experimental research and questionnaire investigation, the temperature from outdoor to indoor neutral temperature is studied by means of mathematical statistics and physiological theory analysis. The effect of metabolic rate on thermal sensation of human body and thethermal response of human body under the same condition were adjusted. The following conclusions can be concluded:At first, the skin temperature and core temperature increased after the metabolic rate, and the increase of the metabolic rate increased with the increase of the metabolic rate. The time for the recovery of the skin temperature was 50 min, while the core temperature remained stable in the left right of 55 min except 1.2 met. After a certain period of metabolic rate mutation for a certain time back to the neutral environment,the1.2 met appeared cold feeling transcendence, and 2.0 met,3.0 met,4.5 met did not appear, the reason may be that the body's heat dissipation around the body is not enough to offset the heat stored in the body.Secondly, after the metabolic rate changes, the time needed to restore stability under different activities was different: 1.2 met,2.0 met,3.0 met,4.5 met needed 0 min,5 min,13 min,20 min to restore stability, and the time needed for different parts of thermal sensation to be neutral was different. The rate of recovery of comfort and the percentage of heat dissatisfaction down to less than 20 % after the metabolic rate and temperature change are faster than the neutral speed of the thermal recovery, which is easy to produce heat and pleasure. At last,26 ?,the room temperature setting is not enough to make the people quickly return to thermal comfort after the metabolic rate is abrupt. It is suggested that the personalized thermal comfort equipment should be added after the metabolic rate mutation to maintain the comfort.People regulate the indoor temperature according to their daily habits. After the metabolic rate has been changed, the temperature of the people is lower than the comfort temperature, and the metabolic rate changes more and more, the lower the temperature of the control. And when the indoor temperature drops to a certain value, the comfort temperature is returned to(25~26 ?).
