Research On Modern Commercial Building Of Guangxi Road In Qingdao

Qingdao is the largest opening port in the northern part of the modern period.The commercial trade of the city is prosperous,and many representative commercial streets or commercial and residential blocks are formed,such as Zhongshan Road,Guangxi road and Taiping Road,which was formed at the earliest period of German occupation;the market road formed in the period of Japanese occupation and the area of Taitung town.The construction time of Guangxi road is the earliest,and the modern commercial building is the most complete.Its architecture fully reflects the influence of the western architecture,especially the German architecture,reflecting the functional transformation,structural optimization and material renewal of the commercial buildings from the traditional to modern times.These buildings are the source of modern commercial buildings in Qingdao,laying the pattern of modern city commercial buildings in Qingdao,forming the collective memory of Qingdao people's life and entertainment activities.This paper studies the modern architecture of Guangxi Road,and discusses its influence on the social and cultural life of Qingdao.It has some help to the special research of the modern commercial buildings in Qingdao,and further perfects the theoretical basis for the protection and utilization of the commercial buildings of Guangxi road in Qingdao.This paper takes Qingdao Guangxi road modern commercial building as the main research object.The main research work is divided into two main categories:First,through reading and studying the classic domestic and foreign monographs of modern history of Qingdao,the local archives in Qingdao selected and read a large number of documents and picture and image data,repeated the comparison and textual research,and went to the local city construction archives in Qingdao to find the drawings of modern architecture;browse the compilation of modern architecture history.Books and maps and historical atlas;lay a good foundation for the background and basic research of this thesis.It has a deep understanding of Qingdao's modern city construction and main architectural activities: the second chapters of this paper are the period of Germany(1897-1914 years),Japan(1914-1922 years),the northern and national government(1922-1937 years),the second day and the second period of the national government(1937-1949 years).City Construction and major building activities are discussed.And according to the time order,it clarifies the world architecture trend of thought and the development course of architecture at the same time,and thus has a comprehensive and systematic summary of the architectural style and urban planning of the Qingdao area at that time.Secondly,the modern commercial buildings on Guangxi road are investigated,visited and surveyed in the field.On the basis of the basic data and data,a thorough analysis and summary of the characteristics are made on the basis of the basic data and data,and the literature of the lost commercial buildings is investigated and studied.From the point of view of architecture,the historical background,regional position,architectural appearance,detail decoration and plane layout are analyzed and analyzed,and seven existing buildings are selected for case analysis and functional drawings are drawn.Five disappearing buildings were selected for literature research.The modern architecture of Guangxi road in Qingdao is analyzed and summarized.Based on the above research results,this paper analyzes the main reasons for the development of modern commercial buildings in Guangxi road in Qingdao,and uses a method of point and surface to study,from which some enlightenments from the modern commercial buildings of Qingdao to the site of the later commercial buildings,the development of commercial blocks and the appearance of commercial buildings are given.
