With the intensification of urbanization,there are more and more high-rise office buildings.This kind of building has the characteristics of combustible material and fire load,which forms the great evacuation pressure.In case of fire,the consequences are serious.Therefore,the fire evacuation of high-rise office buildings has become a hot research,which has important practical significance and social value.Take the high-rise office building as the research object,one international office building for example,the safety of high-rise office building evacuation strategy as the research subject,through comparing the optimization evacuation strategy as the research focus,comprehensive use of literature review,theoretical research,numerical simulation method and comparative analysis method on safety of high-rise office building evacuation strategy for the research,design,calculation,simulation and analysis of three kinds of evacuation model and evacuation efficiency,and the evacuation of the comparation and selection strategy,provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the safe evacuation of high-rise office building design strategy.The basic theory of safe evacuation for high-rise office buildings is expounded.This paper describes the basic process and spread way of fire development,and expounds the safety evacuation criteria,that is,the qualitative analysis and quantitative comparison of the safe evacuation time and the necessary safety time,so as to judge the feasibility of the compliance of the evacuation,and the key factors affecting the evacuation from two aspects that affect the main factors and the object factors of the evacuation.The index is analyzed.Combined with the common model of safety evacuation research,the specific evacuation conditions of the building and the characteristics of various research models,the applicable research model of the building is determined,that is,the evacuation simulation software Pathfinder based on the Agent simulation technology.The feasibility of the elevator for evacuation is studied and the security system and supervision system are established.The basic model of the building is constructed,the two-dimensional plane model and three-dimensional model of the building are established,the traditional empirical formula is improved,a new time calculation formula is obtained,and the mathematical model of the safe evacuation time of the mansion is constructed.The safety evacuation strategy of a high-rise office building is studied.A safe evacuation strategy for the high-rise office building is set up.On the basis of elaborating and understanding the traditional evacuation strategy,two new evacuation models are designed according to the traditional strategy of simply relying on the staircase evacuation(scheme one).The staircase-elevator double channel(scheme two)and the close cooperative use of staircase-electric ladder double channel(Fang Ansan);through three kinds of methods.The analysis and comparison of the simulation results of the evacuation plan showed that it was feasible to use the elevator to evacuate safely.The rational evacuation efficiency of the two staircase combined with the elevator was significantly higher than that of the only use of staircase.Through the above research work and the results of the study,it has laid a certain theoretical foundation for the application of the dual channel evacuation strategy based on the feasibility of elevator evacuation.It has important practical significance and engineering for the drawing up and drilling of the subsequent high-rise office buildings under the condition of fire condition.
