As urbanization proceeds and citizens’ life quality improves,both of the population and vehicle ownership continuously increases in our country.However,the exhaust emission and low travel efficiency hardly favors the development concept of green traffic as well as people’s healthy life.The complex landform conditions and fragile ecological environment has significant influence on city bicycle traffic system in its planning and construction.Starting from landform environment constrain,the author has analyzed the influence of landform environment on bicycle traffic system under the development concept of green traffic and healthy travel.The planning experience and relevant regulations are also drawn from other cities to track out the planning mode of city bicycle traffic system under landform environment constrain.Ultimately,Xuejiawan is taken as an example to discuss the influence of bicycle traffic system from complex landform environment,therefore following by the construction mode and methods.The above research is expected to provide theoretical foundation and practice reference for future planning of bicycle traffic system of other cities constrained by landform environment.In this paper,the author has firstly summarized the issues of city bicycle traffic system in its planning and construction as well as the development trend of bicycle traffic,serving as the research background and meaning.Combining with the academic research of domestic and foreign scholars,the comprehensive research is conducted on bicycle traffic system of its requirements,theoretical research and road network planning practice,etc.The breaking though point of this paper is therefore put forward,following by the research ideas,framework,main content and methods.Secondly,the author focuses on the influence of complex landform environment on the composition of bicycle traffic system to further conclude the influence characteristics.Depending on the demonstration of foreign design standards,planning practices,relevant invention patents and management measures of city bicycle traffic.The mode is constructed on three aspects of city bicycle traffic system constrained by landform environment: policies,regulations and technologies.The ultimate conclusions of city bicycle traffic system development constrained by landform environment are shown as follows.The development strategy is to rationally plan by zones on local conditions.The traffic line follows the network by zones with characteristic corridor while the spatial layout considers the public traffic and landform and topography as the elements.These conclusions break through the large and full planning and design concept,where bicycle path and city roads coexist,in the past planning of bicycle traffic system,laying down the theoretical foundation for the planning of city characteristic bicycle path constrained by landform environment.Ultimately,based on the mode construction of bicycle traffic system constrained by landform environment,adhering to the principles of rational improvement,problems orientation and characteristic construction,the author has been dedicated to propose the improvement suggestions and positively discuss and summarize the suitable development modes of bicycle traffic system under the guidance of the new edition of Xuejiawan master plan,also offering the actual reference for the bicycle traffic system of other cities.
