Study On The Planning Strategy Of The Resettlement Community In Southern Shaanxi Under The Mixed Mode Of Residence

The southern part of Shaanxi Province,which has special geographical conditions and ecological environment,is the hinterland of the Qinba Mountains.In 2011,the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government initiated a major decision that initiated the relocation and resettlement projects in southern Shaanxi.Three cities,which include Hanzhong?Ankang and Shangluo,become the key resettlement areas and poverty alleviation areas because of geological disasters and poverty problems.This article takes the construction of the relocating project in southern Shaanxi as the background,starting from the point of view of the “hybrid living model”,learning from related theories of hybrid communities.Through field research,the current situation and existing problems of the resettlement community in southern Shaanxi are analyzed.The dissertation gives a planning strategy for resettlement community based on the hybrid residential mode.Through case analysis,it can explore the development of hybrid living mode in the resettlement communities in southern Shaanxi.At first,this article establishes the research object,defines the relevant concepts of the hybrid immigrant community.And then it proceeds to study the technical route of “theory and practice for reference — phenomenological description analysis —countermeasure research—positivist research”.The theoretical practice reference chapter mainly analyzes the construction and development of domestic resettlement projects and the theory with practice of hybrid living.Among them,the research on the theoretical results of resettlement at domestic and abroad,gives this article experience.After analyzing the theory and practice of hybrid living,the theoretical platform for this study was established.The chapter of phenomenological analysis mainly summarizes the situation of resettlement and reconstruction in southern Shaanxi,understands and masters the relevant policies and implementation progress in the relocation process,as well as the current accumulation of construction models.At the same time,according to the situation of land use states in resettlement community in South Shaanxi Province,the article has full knowledge of the physical space environment of the community and the living conditions of residents.Then the issues that have arisen in the construction of the current resettlement communities have been summarized,including social,economic,cultural,and spatial aspects.The chapter on countermeasure research mainly focuses on the issues and proposes the principles and objectives for constructing a hybrid resettlement community.The goal lies in social advancement,economic support,cultural blending,and spatial adaptation.Based on this goal,a planning index system was constructed from four perspectives of functional organization,spatial planning,cultural integration and implementation guarantee.The chapter of empirical research mainly based on the two types of communities studied in this paper,namely,urban-to-town-type and town-area-circumstance-type,selects the representative samples to verify the research results of this paper and provide a more intuitive reference for the implementation of the resettlement community in southern Shaanxi.Finally,the conclusion of the article and the future development of mixed resettlement communities in southern Shaanxi are discussed.
