| At present,thermal power is still the main source of electricity production worldwide,and 65.6% of the total installed capacity of the world’s power plants is installed in thermal power plants.With the continuous and rapid development of the national economy and the increasing demand for electricity,the proportion of domestic thermal power accounts for 72% of the total electricity generation.And at a very long time in the future,the proportion will remain at about 70% for a long time,which will play a vital role in China’s economic development.On the other hand,thermal power plants use raw coal and coal dry stone as raw materials and water as working materials to produce electric energy and heat energy.Many complex production systems and its existence are many hidden dangers.There are much electrical equipment,high temperature and high-pressure equipment,many inflammable,explosive and toxic substances,high speed rotating machinery and special operation.Many factors,such as dangerous and harmful factors and dangerous sources,can cause various kinds of fire accidents.At the same time,the fire protection design requirements of GB50229-2006 thermal power plant and substation have been stipulated in China at present.Many scholars have evaluated and analyzed the accident safety factors of thermal power plants,but did not systematically evaluate the fire safety of such places.Therefore,the relevant research on fire safety assessment of power plants is of great significance to the development of new thermal power enterprises or existing enterprises in the future.Through reading and learning a large number of references,this paper expounds the basic concepts and methods of the fire safety of the power plant,and expounds the theory of the basic theory of the fire safety assessment of the power plant.Through the sorting and analysis of the typical fire safety accidents of the thermal power plant,Dfield and other methods are used,combined with the practical experience of the author,to seek evidence from the experts in the related fields,and establish a set of index system suitable for the fire safety assessment of the power plant.The index system has 4 first grade indexes and 15 two grade indexes.Based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(fuzzy analytic hierarchy process),the fire safety assessment model of thermal power plant is constructed.In the process of determining the weight of index factors,information entropy is introduced,and the weight of experts is modified and optimized.The weight ratio of each index is further determined to make the decision result more scientific,and the matrix analysis method of fuzzy evaluation is optimized.The multi-layer AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is formed.Through the case study of a thermal power plant in Xi’an,the feasibility of the multi-layer AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is verified,and the historical data are simulated,the fire safety grade of the power plant is predicted,the weak link of the fire safety in the thermal power plant is found,and the countermeasures are put forward and the countermeasures are put forward.Reasonable advice. |
