As the competition is fiercer and fiercer,the automotive industry in China has entered the era of experience economy.With rapid development of intelligent connected vehicle(ICV),the automotive human-machine-interaction(HMI)has already started revolutionary changes.Automotive HMI has been the crucial factor which affects user experience.Satisfaction is the only indicator that directly reflects user experience among three usability indicators.Satisfaction can be used to help designer to understand the usability issues to improve user experience.Therefore,how to measure user satisfaction in the automotive HMI usability testing to improve user experience has become significant.This article does some research on this issue by Intelligent in-vehicle system,and the main content is as follows:By summarizing and reviewing current situation of China's auto industry development,automotive HMI and satisfaction measure methods,we find that ignoring user experience and stacking functions,lack of objective measurement methods for satisfaction and lack of contextual considerations in interaction design are current issues in automotive HMI field both engineering and research.On the basis of theory of satisfaction and emotion,we explore the internal mechanism of satisfaction and this paper establishes a theoretical model of user satisfaction measurement based on behavior and physiological response by studying and analyzing of human emotion generation theory and cognitive theory.By introducing some physiological psychology research methods in evaluation,we established automotive HMI subjective and objective joint testing method.We set up a static scene and recruit 30 target users as subjects.The eye movement,facial expression,performance data,a satisfaction scores were recorded during the testing.By processing and analyzing the experimental data,we find that eye movement,expression,performance data and satisfy the same relationship with user operation satisfaction in the same application testing task between the two products.On this basis,an automotive HMI satisfaction measure method was established by using neural networks and SVR algorithms,etc.By testing a similar product,this model is validated.This model can measure the degree of satisfaction(1–7 points)by eye movement,facial expression,and performance data in specific automotive human-machine interaction process.
