To Explore The Key Question In The Industrialization Process Of Mariculture Intelligent Equipment

Enter the twenty-first Century,under the support of party and state policies,the mariculture industry in China has developed rapidly,but it also exposes some problems,such as low production efficiency,serious pollution of aquaculture water,inadequate breeding infrastructure and so on.And the appearance of mariculture intelligent equipment integrated with advanced science and technology is an important breakthrough to solve the problem of mariculture developing process.At present,scholars at home and abroad have not fully defined the scope of the intelligent equipment for mariculture,and most of the existing research is aimed at the specific equipment of mariculture.Based on this,this paper studies the mariculture intelligent equipment mainly refers to the intelligent feeding equipment.Nowadays the development and application of the intelligent feeding equipment which represent the productivity of the mariculture industry is not very optimistic,the existing mariculture equipment is mainly suitable for small pond culture,intelligentize level is generally low,and it cause some problems for example nonuniform feeding,low efficiency feeding,feeding number and time is not accurate enough,it not only affects the production of aquatic product,but also causes a series of problems such as the pollution of aquaculture water and so on.But lack of large capacity and centralized intelligent feeding which can be used in large area aquaculture and large factory farming methods.Intelligent feeding boat as a kind of small intelligent feeding equipment can greatly improve the feeding efficiency of farmers and reduce the risk of disease,improve the quality of cultivation,realize scientific farming.At present,relevant scientific research achievements have been formed,in order to judge the demand of the farm users on the product so as to promote the industrialization of this kind of intelligent breeding equipment based on the user's demand,and further promoting the wisdom and modernization of mariculture.This study is based on the theory of industrialization and consumer behavior.Firstly analyzes the domestic and foreign status of mariculture intelligent equipment industry,and to explore the key problems which mainly includes insufficient effective market demand,a small number of production enterprises,difficult market promotion and low industry level in the process of China's mariculture intelligent equipment industry.Secondly,from the point of view of necessity and feasibility to analyze the advantages of the Yangtze River Delta region compare with other coastal areas in China,which is in process of the intelligent equipment to achieve industrialization,and it provides necessary support for the following research.Next on the literature basis of new products industrialization,starting from the factors involved in intelligent feeding boat industry,select the independent variable and the dependent variable,set the relevant research hypothesis,construct the model of factors of intelligent feeding boat industry.Then based on expert consultation and literature research to design the questionnaire,and according to the survey data of 280 prawn farmers in two provinces and one city of the Yangtze River Delta region,using logistics two element discrete selection model to make a empirical analysis about influence factor and willingness of prawn farmers buy intelligent feeding boat.The results show that the overall willingness of prawn farmers to buy intelligent feeding boat is relatively strong,and the market demand is large,the single pond area,feeding costs,prawn farmers educational level,family income level,demonstration centre around,relatives and friends suggestions,the company provides the service of free use,government subsidies is the main factors to affecting the prawn farmers to buy Intelligent feeding boat.Finally,on the basis of the main influencing factors,in view of the problems arising in the industrialization development process of the marine aquaculture intelligent equipment,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from five aspects: the policy and legal support,the cross boundary platform mechanism,the human resources,the government funds subsidy,the enterprise product marketing mode and the promotion path.
