Remanufacturing is a high-level form of circular economy "reuse" and meets the requirements for manufacturing upgrade and transformation in the "Made in China 2025" and "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan".As an important part of diesel engine,crankshaft remanufacturing is of great practical significance.At this stage,there are a large number of remanufactured diesel engine crankshafts into the market,and the quality and reliability of remanufacturing crankshafts is a common concern for enterprises and users.Based on the uncertainty of the quality of the decommissioned crankshaft,this paper studies the remanufacturing of the decommissioned crankshaft,the reliability of the remanufacturing process and the increase of the reliability of the remanufactured crankshaft from the three stages of the "Pre-Mid-After" stage of the remanufacturing of the crankshaft.The specific contents are as follows:(1)The Remanufacturability of crankshaft is analyzed from the perspective of remanufacturing process.In this paper,the definition and characteristics of remanufacturing of crankshaft are given,and the remanufacturing evaluation model and overall process framework of crankshaft are established.Taking the remanufacturing process of crankshaft as the main line,the remanufacturability of crankshaft is evaluated and analyzed from multi angle,pertinence and level.The remanufacture of crankshaft is measured by "Remanufacturability index",and the calculation method of corresponding evaluation factors is constructed.On the basis of the expert review method,the APH method is introduced to determine the weight of evaluation indicators in five aspects: technology,economy,effectiveness,environment and resources.(2)The reliability of crankshaft remanufacturing process is analyzed based on the uncertainty of blank quality.On the basis of remanufacturability of crankshaft,the reliability of crankshaft remanufacturing process is studied.The uncertain factors existing in the crankshaft remanufacturing process and the influence of uncertain factors on the reliability of remanufacturing process are expounded from many angles.The mapping relationship between the main points of the crank remanufacturing process and the reliability is analyzed,and the reliability model of the crankshaft remanufacturing process is set up based on the quality uncertainty of the remanufacturing crankshaft.Based on the analysis of the reliability of the crankshaft remanufacturing process,the GO method is introduced into the crankshaft remanufacturing process.The reliability of the crankshaft is analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively by the state probability algorithm,and the method of solving the reliability of the crankshaft remanufacturing process and the minimum cut set is introduced.(3)Remanufacture the reliability growth analysis of crankshaft.The concept of the reliability growth of the remanufactured diesel engine crankshaft was defined,the reliability growth process and the growth stage model were established,and the reliability growth mode at different stages of the crankshaft remanufacturing process was put forward.The future reliability of crankshaft is predicted.The calculation method of future failure time and reliability measurement of remanufacturing crankshaft based on generalized gamma distribution is proposed,and the future failure time,inefficiency and MTBF interval of remanufacturing crankshaft are predicted,and the variance coefficient and proportion system are used to predict the future failure time of crankshaft based on generalized gamma distribution.The accuracy of the prediction is judged by number.
