Research On The Manufacturing Execution Management System Of Outfitting Pieces Processing

With the gradual progress of "made in China 2025" and "Internet +",China's manufacturing industry has started to move into a new world.Shipbuilding industry as important production enterprise in manufacturing in our country,Many shipbuilding enterprises are also responding to the national call to start a new direction of development,also has obtained the certain achievement.At present,it has gradually become the next step in the development of shipbuilding industry,which is widely used in the manufacturing of automobile,medical equipment,aircraft and other equipment manufacturing.This article is based on an outfitting work assignment.It can effectively solve some problems existing in the processing of outfitting equipment if we apply the manufacturing execution management system to the outfitting workshop,and then realize the informatization of production management,operation plan management refinement,production management informatization.This article mainly completes the following work:(1)This research was carried out on the outfitting processing of a typical traditional shipyard,the focus of the research fittings processing workshops station layout,site size,equipment,personnel,organization,and process information etc.Then we will focus on the planning,production dispatching and progress feedback of the shipyard outfitting,and summarize the key points and problems.(2)To analyze the overall business process and functional requirements of the outfitting piece processing operation manufacturing execution management system.The design principles and architecture of the manufacturing execution system are described according to actual demand.Then put the function of the system into operation dispatching plan management,production management,cost management,quality management,drawing and outsourcing management,comprehensive query and data management seven modules,and in view of the user roles and permissions settings.(3)For each module of the seven functional modules,detailed design from the specific function and business process.Especially in view of the present fittings processing work of extensive management,set up have a certain operational management and operation,and according to the plan for the task of bag making and distributing and dispatching list.Then,the report design of the report requirements for the processing of outfitting parts and the interface with other systems are designed to improve the scalability of the MES.(4)Elaborate on the development environment of the system and the implementation of specific functions.Then,some functional modules are developed and the corresponding Windows and functions are designed.Finally,explain the problem that How to carry out the implementation management system in the shipyard to carry out the equipment manufacturing operation.
