Digital sorting system,as an emerging interface of human-computer interaction in intelligent design,is the key technology of intelligent and digitized sorting system design.We can get the information from multidimensional contexts of users.Through context-aware technologies,situational awareness of the sorting system has become a key research area in the field of digital sorting systems.In the traditional design of digital sorting system,the influence of user’s own situation characteristics and the factors of the human body on the system operation can not be fully considered,and the man-machine interaction efficiency is significantly reduced.In order to solve the problem of poor interaction in the design of the sorting system,we propose a customization method of the sorting system based on context awareness to fully consider the influence of the user’s own situational factors on the system design and realize the customization of the sorting system.We design behavioral cognitive experiments to explore human posture recognition strategies in virtual situations,standardize user actions and complete user-action flows based on custom systems.Based on situational awareness we have implemented a virtual sorting system.The paper’s specific work:1)We develop a contextual awareness program to build a library of action models.We use a motion capture system to get the subject’s body movements for the specified experimental task.We extract the action feature information,set up the action library.2)the cognitive design of action customization.Based on the similarity between different actions,we designed four situations of different actions.We select some of the physical behavior of the action library as the target of the action,and combine the other actions with the actions in the behavior library to construct a sample action.3)explore the human body movements,behavioral cognitive strategies.We use eye tracking equipment to obtain eye movement data that identifies the behavior of the human brain to analyze the recognition of motion information in human brain cognitive mechanisms.Based on the action cognition experiment,we propose a multi-situationalfeature action information cognitive strategy to improve the recognition,classification and processing of perceptual information.4)cognitive model of action information.We combined the motion capture and eye tracking system for cognitive experiments to analyze the action recognition strategies in different situations and established a non-linear fitting equation of gaze time and situation,which improved the recognition mechanism of motion information and the compensation mechanism of coding.5)Design and implementation of context-based personalized sorting experience system.Based on the virtual reality equipment,we construct the 3D virtual experience system of logistics sorting line and the teaching module of the equipment.The system consists of three modules: the definition of the relevant sorting system according to user needs,the sorting system equipment operation customization,sorting equipment content teaching.
