With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of living quality,motor vehicles have become more and more popular,but the illegal phenomena of motor vehicles are becoming prominent,such as accidental escape,illegal driving of vehicles and vehicle decking,which makes the management of public traffic under great pressure.Over the years,the government has attached great importance to the development of intelligent transportation.As early as in the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan”,the intelligent transportation system had been listed as a key project.The“Twelfth Five-Year Plan” had also launched traffic information construction and vigorously developed intelligent transportation.The bayonet system for the purpose of vehicle image capture,license plate number identification,and vehicle deployment control provides significant assistance to the public security department in traffic management and criminal investigation.This paper studies the intelligent traffic bayonet system with improving the discriminating algorithm of the fake plate vehicles.The data studied in this paper is mainly obtained through the 24-hour automatic capture of the front-end equipment.The data includes the vehicle license plate number,body color,lane number,and vehicle speed,which is saved in the database in real time.Firstly,the status quo of the industry,system function requirements and overall system design of the intelligent traffic bayonet system are described and analyzed;Secondly,image processing technology is used to study license plate recognition,and a multi-template matching library is used to identify the license plate characters;The discriminating algorithm of the fake plate vehicle is improved,and the idea and example of the improvement of the algorithm is given.The data of 10 sets of identification cases of the scene fake plate vehicle are collected to verify,and the efficiency of the before and after algorithm is compared and improved by MATLAB software;it improves the accuracy of license plate recognition improves the efficiency of discriminating vehicles by nearly 22%.Finally,this system realizes the structural analysis of vehicle models,vehicle deployment control and vehicle information queryand other functions in the bayonet system,The operating interface design of the entire system is relatively reasonable,easy to operate,and set up permission operations,with high security.Intelligent transportation bayonet system can be intelligently identified and dispatched according to the illegal phenomenon;it has practical value in maintaining the traffic environment and driving order.It also provides support for traffic inspection and criminal investigation case detection.
