Evaluation And Analysis Of Livability In Hohhot City

The improvement of urban development level is closely related to the city's livability.Along with the advance of the process of urbanization,the comprehensive level of urbanization continuously improve,the urban construction not only pays attention to the improvement of public service level,but also pays attention to the natural ecological environment of graceful,tidy,harmonious and the construction of safe,convenient,comfortable social and human environment,that is,the city's construction of livability.Based on the relevant researches and correlation theories of domestic and foreign scholars on urban livability,and according to the actual situation of Hohhot,from the level of economic development,convenience of travel,convenience of life,comfort of living,and environmental health,residential security of the six areas,he objective evaluation index system and subjective evaluation index system of urban livability are constructed.entropy method is used to quantitatively analyze on the objective evaluation index data of urban livability in Hohhot.Based on 1017 questionnaires of residents' satisfaction with livability of Hohhot,the quantitative analysis of subjective evaluation is carried out.The results are as follows:(1)between 2007 and 2016,the whole level of urban livability construction is increasing in Hohhot.Among them,The overall score of the level of economic development,ease of travel,ease of life,living comfort,and environmental health,residential security shows a trend of gradual increase,It's say that these six area have a certain promotion to the improvement of livability.The higher the score,the greater impact on livability.The level of convenience of life,convenience of travel,economic development and environmental health have a relatively large improvement,while the two change of residential comfort and residential safety are relatively small.(2)the overall subjective evaluation score of urban livability in Hohhot is 65.71.According to the sub-index,the satisfaction degree of economic development level is the highest,the satisfaction of living comfort is the second,and the satisfaction of living convenience is the middle.The score of these three indexes is higher than the overall evaluation,while the satisfaction degree of travel convenience in Hohhot City is the lowest,Second,the satisfaction degree of environmental health is much lower,third,the satisfaction degree of residential safety is lower.The score of the three indexes is lower than the overall evaluation.Finally,based on the spatial analysis of the residential area location of the investigated area,it is concluded that the most suitable residential area in Hohhot is: first,the north road of the western corridor of the city,near the south road of the passageway;second,the east of the south road of Hulunbeir,The area near the South second Ring Road Expressway,the third is Bei Yuan East Street,Xing'an South Road,University East Street,Fengzhou South Road around the area and the surrounding area,four is west of Xingan North Road,east of West Road of Meteorological Bureau,and near Genghis Khan Street.(3)Based on the above objective and subjective evaluation results and the problems existing in the livable construction of Hohhot,it is suggested that the construction of public transport facilities,the construction of urban ecological environment,and the level of residential public safety should be carried out.Four aspects of urban cultural environment are effectively improved to provide strong practical support for the construction of livable city in Hohhot.
