With the increasing scale of construction engineering,new technologies are constantly emerging,and the complexity of the project environment is becoming more complex,which all increase the possibility of project risk.Risk management helps the scientific and rational decisions of enterprises or organizations,improve their competitiveness and promote the successful implementation of business objectives.However,most domestic enterprises have not yet established effective risk management procedures,such as lack of awareness of risk management,serious lack of information.In the construction project,the mechanical and electrical installation project involves many specialties,complex technology,large proportion of investment and many potential risk factors.Once transformed into risks,it will cause losses to the project or society.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the risk management methods of mechanical and electrical installation engineering.The purpose is not to avoid risks,but to ensure the realization the project goals by making reliable measures.Based on the theory of risk management,this paper analyzes the risk of the whole life cycle of the project.The workshop of mechanical and electrical installation project as an example,according to the characteristics of the installation of mechanical and electrical engineering,through reading literature,expert survey method,summarizes the risk factors of building mechanical and electrical installation engineering: politics,economy,nature,owners,construction,design,supervision,completion risk sources.Using the method of brainstorming,check list method and Ishikawa diagram method lists the risk list.The semi quantitative method is used to determine the level of risk events.Then the quantitative method(fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method)is used to evaluate the whole risk of the project,and the analytic hierarchy process is used to get the weights of risk factors and the total order of the risk events.Finally,the measures of the first ten risk events are analyzed and studied in detail.In a word,the main purpose of this paper is to provide a clear,concise and effective method for risk management of electromechanical installation engineering.For risk management to provide certain experience reference,thereby promoting the healthy development of the industry.
