| In recent years, the automobile industry in China has developed rapidly, and the per capita ownership of cars is becoming more and more large, which makes people pay more and more attention to the safety performance of vehicles. As an important index of vehicle safety performance, vehicle braking performance can be seen in general.Nowadays, drum brakes or disc brakes are commonly used as brake actuators on vehicles. These two kinds of brakes are all frictional brake. In the process of use, there may be some "heat decline",brake noise and other phenomena happens, which affect braking performance.Today, with the widespread use of retarder on large passenger cars, scholars in foreign and domestic have carried out a lot of research on "auxiliary brake",hoping to integrate the concept of "electromagnetical brake" into traditional friction braking, and also made certain progress. But most of these studies only stay on the basis of theory and put forward some limitations. And cannot be used widely. Therefore,it is very important to put forward a feasible brake scheme of integrated friction and electromagnetical brake. Therefore,a kind of friction electromagnetical coupling brake and brake control system is designed, and the brake structure is innovated and improved. The electromagnetical brake and friction brake are combined to provide a practical scheme for the research of friction and electromagnetical integrated braking. The specific research content of this paper is as follows:(1)Summarizes researches on frictional braking and electromagnetical braking both in foreign and domestic, focus on the programs which integrated "electromagnetical brake" with frictional braking, and then makes an in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of those existing programs.Based on these, propose a scheme of frictional-electromagnetical coupling braking system, introduce the working principle of the scheme in detail, analyze the feasibility of the system theoretically.Based on the scheme of the brake, propose a way to calculate the ideal braking torque in the kind of a formula, make some preparations for the specific parameters design and performance analysis.(2)Introduce the calculation and chosen method of some key parameters of the frictional-electromagnetical coupling braking system proposed in this paper.Select a kindof specific vehicle, fully consider the size of the actual installation of a brake, pay attention to the rated braking torque, brake temperature rise and other limiting factors, introduce how to apply the brake on the actual vehicle, verify the application prospect of the scheme.(3)Design the control scheme of the frictional-electromagnetical coupling braking system. The coupling braking system consists of various braking modes. In order to control the braking system, propose a concept of hybrid control, design a decoupling controller. The active control strategy of frictionalăelectromagnetical braking coordination and the active control strategy of electromagnetical brake are put forward. Then test and analyze the feasibility of the control algorithm on the rapid control test platform.(4)Analyzed the electromagnetical braking part of the scheme with the help of the Maxwell electromagnetical field analysis software.First, set up the 3D simulation model of electromagnetical brake part in Maxwell software with specific parameters, then simulate the electromagnetical braking process after set up some initial moving conditions.Accord to the simulation results, analyze the electromagnetical characteristics of the electromagnetical brake part, summarize the characteristics of the braking torque, which will provide a reference for the further research on electromagnetical brake in the future.(5)Verify the braking performance of the frictional-electromagnetical coupling braking system.Establish a joint simulation of Trucksim-Simulink model with specific parameters, use Trucksim software which intends many vehicle model in it;Established the braking system in the Simulink model, and combined them with Trucksim software, realize the simulation of braking process of full vehicle.By setting the initial braking conditions, the performance of the coupling brake during the braking process is analyzed and evaluated. |
