| Steel tube piles have the advantages of high stiffness,bending resistance,good shear resistance and easy construction.It has been widely used at home and abroad since the 50 s of last century.However,if not well protected,the steel is easily corroded,which will greatly reduce the force performance of the steel pipe pile,thus reducing the service life of the structure.Earthquake is one of the natural disasters that threaten human beings.It’s occurrence not only caused a lot of casualties,but also led to the destruction and even collapse of many traffic projects such as buildings,bridges and roads,forcing production and traffic interruption,causing floods,fires,diseases and other secondary disasters.China is one of the most active areas in the global continental area because it is located between the two largest seismic belts in the world.Based on this,this paper studies the corrosion of steel tube pile of high pile wharf,and has completed the following research work:The low cyclic loading tests of 12 large scale steel tube pile have been finished,the corrosion rate,corrosion position,influence on the seismic performance,and the sleeve reinforcement of the corrosion,the hysteretic curves,skeleton curves,energy dissipation capacity,ductility,bearing capacity and stiffness degradation law of seismic performance index were studied.The failure mode of corrosion and reinforced steel tube pile were analyzed,and relevant research literature at home and abroad is analyzed,the calculation results show that : a.under the condition of the corrosion rate at the bottom is low(less than 15%),horizontal capacity is linear downward trend,but it’s ductility with the corrosion rate increases have accelerated the downward trend;b.capacity and ductility at middle of corroded steel tube pile and the steel tube pile were same,and the failure section is near the pile bottom,while the ductility and strength of steel pipe pile and higher corrosion rate were lower than those of non corroded steel tube pile,and the failure section are located in the middle.c.found that the grouted connection reinforcement can effectively restore and improve the seismic performance of corroded steel pipe pile.Use OpenSEES software in the experiment,compared with the test results,and continue to increase the range of parameters,the corrosion rate was extended to 0% ~ 40%,the corrosion position extended to 0 ~ 1200 mm from the pile bottom,a total of 1025 the effects of different specimens,to study the corrosion rate and corrosion on the seismic performance of steel pipe pile.Conbined with ABAQUS,the reinforcement specimens in the text were analyzed,and the calculation method of sleeve reinforcement and the calculation method of corrosion are summarized. |
