A Preliminary Study On The Planning And Design Of Sports Complex Based On Operation Demand

Since the beginning of the period,China's sports stadiums have faced problems such as unitary function,inadequate size and operational losses.With the progress and development of society,people's demand for the stadium is becoming more and more diverse,which result in the multifunctional composite of some stadiums and gymnasiums,which are decorated with public health,commerce,residence,culture,entertainment and other facilities.As a result,a sports complex that is dominated by the function of competitive sports has emerged,which is of great significance in improving economic benefit and meeting the needs of people's daily life.The article aims to provide a basis for the development of the sports complex in China by studying on the planning and design strategy of the sports complex.First of all,This paper studies on the background of functional combination of sports buildings,and reviews relevant literature and summary methods.It explores the development history,significance and classification of sports building in multifunctional composite,which establishes a preliminary cognition of sports complexes.Secondly,the design principle of sports complex based on operation demand is obtained by analysing sports market and sports crowd,and the characteristics of different functions in the sports complex and the relationship between the advantages and disadvantages of each other,which aims to provide guidance for the creation of an attractive,operational requirement for the sports complex.Thirdly,The article studies and explores the design strategies of the sports complex in the aspects of development planning,site environment,functional organization,and the adaptability of the gymnasiums basing on the proposed design principles.Finally,Suggestions on policy guidance and specific planning and design measures for the development of the sports complex in China are made basing on the national conditions of China and the results of the field investigation.This article can be divided into four parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the general situation of the construction and operation of sports stadiums in China,the research results of the comprehensive utilization of stadiums and multi-functional composites at home and abroad,and the significance of the research topics.The second part includes Chapter 2 and Chapter 3.It mainly expounds the development and significance of the functional composite of sports architecture,explores the factors that influence the planning and design of sports complexes,and establishes the design principles.The third part corresponds to Chapter 4,which studies the planning strategies of sports complexes from aspects of development planning,site environment design,function organization and adaptability of venues.The fourth part is the fifth chapter,which analyzes and summarizes the relevant factors affecting the development of sports complex in China and puts forward suggestions.
