Pantograph is a device that connects electrically to the contact line on the top of train,providing power for train,and its state directly affects the safety and reliable operation of train.The study of pantograph detection technology and the on-line detection of pantograph state are of great significance to the fault warning and the safety of the train operation safety.According to the research foundation of pantograph detection technology and the demand of pantograph detection system at home and abroad,a pantograph fault detection method based on image is proposed,and the pantograph slide wear detection,image acquisition and image acceleration processing are studied.First,aiming at the principle and demand of pantograph fault detection,a train entrance pantograph slide detection system is designed,and the principle of pantograph detection unit and the specific workflow process of detection unit are elaborated.According to the scene environment,the key hardware camera,light source and lens selection plan are introduced.Combined with the specific size of the pantograph,the key parameters of key hardware are calculated.The performance index and test index of the pantograph detection system,as well as the functional requirements of the system software are analyzed.Secondly,in order to measure the wear of pantograph slide,according to the characteristics of the skateboard,we use the combination of wavelet denoising and adaptive Canny algorithm to detect the edge of pantograph slide,and thinning the edge by mathematical morphology.At the same time,the Hough transform is used to obtain the lower edge of the sliding plate,and the wear value of the slider is calculated by the linear distance measuring method.By comparing the wear values measured by image processing and the actual sliding plate wear values,it is proved that the wear measurement of the skateboard is accurate.Finally,in order to achieve the image design of high speed data acquisition of high speed image acquisition and processing system based on FPGA,the system can realize high-speed image acquisition,transmission and display,including the realization of image processing algorithm and system including HDMI transmission module,Bayer RGB module and camera module configuration software.Using the high speed characteristic of FPGA algorithm,image processing algorithm is integrated into the hardware description language to accelerate the realization of image processing to achieve the purpose of speeding up image processing,mainly supplied by XILINX hardware description language OpenCV library to speed up image processing can be integrated into,through the Vivado HLS tool to generate IP applied to the project,and finally through the download the high speed image acquisition platform totest board for testing,validation of high speed image acquisition platform,image processing function.
