The propulsion shafting alignment work has been throughout the ship design and construction process.Good status of propulsion shaft alignment is essential to ensure the safe operation of the ship.With the development of science and technology and the needs of the world economy,the ship trend to be larger,faster and heavier.Ship's propulsion shaft influenced by many complex factors,such as water power and other factors,is more significant.Shaft alignment work has become increasingly complex.Because there is a difference between the theoretical model and calculation results with the actual state.Therefore,it is of great significance to monitor the shaft alignment while the shaft is running.With the aid of China classification society for large ship shafting alignment research project,and having read lots of literature at home and abroad,this paper summary and expand the method of detection the state of shaft aligment.Lay the foundation to the hardware and software development and improvement work of the ship shafting state strain detection and monitoring system.This paper is on the foundation of the experimental platform for a series of research work:First,the theory of strain measurement method combing established the theoretical basis of the detection system,and effectively improved the accuracy and data accuracy of the test system.By analyzing the two base bearing load calculation method and established the calculation method of Riccati transfer matrix for ship propulsion shafting alignment state that is easier to be implemented by a computer program.Secondly,Analyzed the hardware requirements for shafting alignment condition monitoring,select Donghua DH5905 wireless strain data acquisition system as the hardware platform to built the shafting condition monitoring system,combined with Donghua data acquisition software,LabVIEW development aid the platform to built the ship propulsion shafting condition monitoring system for PC software.Take the advantage of LabVIEW and Matlab in data collection and in data processing.It can intuitively realize the shafting alignment state online monitoring.Thirdly,Selected the standard strain gauges calibrate system to verification the hardware system.And on the marine propulsion shafting simulation plotform for shafting static moment test and dynamic moment test.and through the establishment method of ship propulsion shaft bearing load calculation to calculate the each bearing load on the shaft.Compared the value with the calculated values,and have a simple analysis of the error sources.
