| In recent years,mini-vans production,consumption and possessionhaveincreased significantly in China.However,affected by poor road conditions,weak awareness of safety and other factors,increasing accidents and casualties occur related to mini-van transport.To improve brake safety of mini-van,the thesis proposed a research method of combining experimental verification and joint simulation,by which impact on brake performance after the installation of ABS is researched and analyzed,as well as the application of fuzzy control in it,offering reference to control strategy optimization of ABS.After simplifying the structure and parameters of a certain mini-van reasonably,the thesis established a dynamic model of vehicle by ADAMS/Car.Then evaluation of brake performance is theoretically analyzed,and the emergency brake test of a mini-van is carried out.Comparative analysis of simulation result and experimental result verify the correctness of the simulation model.To enhance brake performance of mini-van,fuzzy control is selected as the main object of the study based on the comparison and analysis ofthree different control strategies of ABS.Then a fuzzy control model of ABS with independent front wheels and dependent rear wheels is constructed in MATLAB/Simulink.For realizing the ABS simulation of mini-van,input and output variables required in ABS controller are defined in the brake system of the vehicle.Virtual prototype of the mini-van and fuzzy control model are associated by ADAMS/Controls interface,then the joint simulation model of ABS is constructed.Brakeperformance of vehicle on road of high attachment coefficient and variable attachment coefficient is simulated based on virtual test,whose results are compared between ABS and no ABS.Finally,simulation based on the establishment of a logic threshold control of ABS is made under same working condition to contrast with fuzzy control.Joint simulation results show that,when compared to no ABS,brakingefficiency and braking stability of the vehicle have been significantly promoted with fuzzy control ABS.To contrast with the logic threshold control of ABS,braking efficiency and braking stability occupy a certain advantage with fuzzy control ABS,which also helps improve system stability,robustness and reliability.Research work in the thesis has reference value and guiding significance to brake safety improvement of mini-van and strategy optimization of ABS. |
