The Study On The Design Mode And Post Evaluation For The Square In Front Of The New Built HRS

With the growth of trip requirements for Chinese citizens,the construction of HSR(High-speed railway station)which is the key point of the railway net begin to step into a new planning period.More and more new HSR cities spring up that make a different to the form changes in city space.The square in front of the station is one of the most important part of HSR cities,performing as a bridge conecting the city to the station and a public place for both passengers and citizens around.It is not only a place for the paseengers to transfer into different vehicles,but also a place for citizens to rest and enjoy their leisure time.Moreover,taken as a vistingcard of the city,the square's image can not be over emphasize.This research try to handle with the form of the station building types,so as to analysis the square types into station building parallel to railway and above railay.The analyze will inculde 23 station squares in the Beijing-shanghai HSR except the super transportation hub named Hongqiao.It will promote 3 influencing factors for post evaluation which are “transfer effiecncy”,“comfort level”,“guidance quality” according to the 3 functions of “transportation square function”,“city square function” and “bussiness develop function”.As the system research in HSR such as Beijing-shanghai HSR has not been operated in China yet,this topic of research will help to make up the vacancy and make a diffence in the design area for the HSR that will be helpful to the coming cases in station square designs to refer to some experience.Meanwhile,this research will promot an effective system for evaluation standard in station square design with the method of field investigation,case conrast and quantity statistics that will be meanful to the square design areas.
