Research On Work Organization Of Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway Passenger Station

The design, clients, facilities, and organization methods of Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway passenger station are different from the existing station. Traditional organization could not meet the needs of high-speed rail network. Meanwhile, the cross-regional passengers are the main part of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed passenger flow. The complex flow composition requires higher level of station work organization. Basing on the analysis and the successful experience of foreign railway stations, referring to the passenger flow features, the design features, and the layout features, this paper presents the programs of passenger organization and service in the station of the Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway, then makes a case study of the Hongqiao Railway Station. The main contents of the article include:Research the structure, flow design, ticket organization, business service, and other measure of the national and foreign railway station, get the experience for organization of the Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway passenger station. Research the structure of passenger flow of the Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway in the aspects of habit, aim, need, frequency of travelling. Clarify the work aim of the Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway. Considering the features of the station space structure and equipment, and the features of the Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway management, put forward the program of flow organization. Basing the questionnaire, summarize the needs of passenger flow in the aspect of business service, then put forward the layout and the model of the business service of the Beijing-Shanghai high speed railway. Analyze the influence factors of the guidance mark, put forward the programs of the dynamic and the static guidance mark. Make a case study of the Hongqiao Railway Station, put forward the detail programs of the passenger flow design, business development, passenger guidance mark.
