During the execution of a manufacturing equipment service aggregation process,due to the dynamic and instability of the cloud manufacturing environment,the service may become faulty which will cause the whole process cannot be properly implemented.During the task oriented manufacturing process,the service aggregation process needs to adapt to the runtime failure.Therefore,service reconfiguration mechanism is needed to support the reliable service-oriented manufacturing applications.Service aggregation is the key technology to find the replaceable services for the reconfiguration region during the manufacturing equipment service reconfiguration.Meanwhile,the energy consumption efficiency of manufacturing equipment service has attracted more and more attention in the field of cloud manufacturing.In our paper,the problem of manufacturing equipment service reconfiguration is studied based on the quality of service(Quality of Service,QoS)and energy consumption.The main research work of this paper is as follows.(1)In view of the service failure in the aggregation of manufacturing equipment services process,the problem of manufacturing equipment service reconfiguration in the workshop production process is described and analyzed.The service reconfiguration problem of manufacturing workshop is based on the perception of data driven,so the running state of the related services manufacturing equipment services need to be aware.Therefore,a service reconfiguration model based on perceptual driven is established.In view of the sustainable demand of the cloud manufacturing system,the framework of manufacturing equipment service reconfiguration system based on QoS and energy consumption is proposed.And the key technologies of cloud manufacturing equipment service reconfiguration based on QoS and energy consumption are analyzed.(2)Aiming at the problem of multi objective service reconfiguration,a local service reconfiguration strategy based on reconfiguration region is proposed.The QoS evaluation model and energy consumption evaluation model of manufacturing equipment service are analyzed.Also the manufacturing equipment service index system of QoS is established,and the quantitative processing methods for different types of indexes are given.On the basis of the evaluation model of manufacturing equipment service aggregation execution path based on QoS and energy consumption and the proposed service reconfiguration strategy,the multi objective evaluation model of service configuration based QoS and energy consumption is proposed.(3)In view of the need of finding the optimal alternative service for the reconfiguration region quickly and efficiently,the service selection algorithms based on reconfiguration region are studied and a hybrid bee algorithm to solve the reconfiguration region is proposed.The population is divided into two sub populations: one population of individuals evolves based the operation of BA,the other population of individuals evolves based PSO operation.And the generational information exchange mechanism is set and the solution initialization is improved to improve the optimal performance of the algorithm.Also the corresponding manufacturing application scenario is designed,and the effectiveness of the service reconfiguration algorithm is verified through simulation.In our paper,based on the proposed manufacturing equipment service reconfiguration method,a technical support is provided for the effective processing of service failure in the process of implementing the service failure in the process of the aggregation cloud service of the workshop manufacturing equipment.On the one hand the real-time processing of the failure problem during service aggregation execution is ensured,on the other hand can meet the users demand constraints to provide users with high quality and low consumption of services.
