The dumper is widely used in electric power,metallurgy,chemical industry and port terminals and other basic industries and industries dump the general railway truck loading of coal,ore,chemical raw materials and other bulk materials,special equipment for truck.With the increasing of the coal transportation in the port,the work load of the dumper is increased,and the existing structure of the car dumper is difficult to carry on the work demand of high efficiency and heavy load.In the working process,the stress of the plate is complex,and the working environment and the requirements of the safety,the importance of the fatigue life analysis of the plate is determined.The research object based on a dumper,established the 3D solid model of car dumper through Pro/E software and built dynamic model,analyzed material gravimetric,the center of gravity position,the clamping force and wagon box force in theory,it lay a theoretical foundation for the dynamic simulation;then completed the dumper system multi-rigid body dynamics analysis by ADAMS software,and optimized the structure of horizontal supports and clamp,analyzed the forces of dumper in different working condition.This paper divided grid and analyzed dumper stress and strain through HyperMesh,obtained a concluded that the fatigue problem exists in the horizontal supports during the normal unloading process;then carried out modal analysis for the horizontal supports by the software MSC.Patran,and extracted the modal information and established a flexible body by the neutral file;analyzed the rigid-flexible coupling dynamics in ADAMS,and compared with the static analysis.Finally,the fatigue life analysis for the horizontal supports is carried out in MSC.Fatigue,and found out the influence factors and dangerous part of the horizontal supports fatigue life.
