The Design And Creation Of The Function Of The Foot Health Board Of The Office Crowd

With the development of society and economy,the people of the office will play a more and more important role in the future social development.According to the literature data,the special occupational symptoms of the crowd are caused by the particularity of the office crowd,such as insomnia,cervical discomfort,headache,dizziness,constipation,dry eyes and so on.In this paper,the office crowd was selected as the research object,and the design and functional exercises of plantar health board were tentatively designed,aiming at relieving and improving the occupational symptoms of the office crowd,so as to improve the physical and mental health of this kind of people.This paper through the research methods of literature,expert interview and logical analysis,the office of population occupation characteristics and typical occupation symptoms were analyzed,the function effect of plantar reflex area based on the theory of TCM reflex,plantar reflex area with cervical discomfort,insomnia,dizziness,headache,constipation and other symptoms of dry eye stimulation of the plantar health board block(pre application for utility model patents),and considering the plantar reflex area and acupoint stimulation depth,stimulation frequency,stimulation intensity and stimulation time on the basis of creating complete 2 sets of different style(aerobics and jazz)office crowd foot health board function.At present,a small range of promotion,the trial of people to show that insomnia,constipation has been improved.Foot massage board function exercise is divided into two parts to compose the design and function of foot massage board exercises,including foot health plate length: 1.5m;width: 0.9 m;the whole area is divided into eight regions,each region of the same color as a group,namely the occupation symptoms consistent;function exercises consists of five parts,the main is to compose for the office of population occupation has symptoms,creation of the foot health board function of 2 sets of different style exercise,are based on a 4 x 8 shot as a unit,a total of 15 day,when the length of 3 minutes.This study will create the product design and the function of foot massage board exercises combine to form relatively novel,according to the position of the foot health board raised functional gymnastics movement creation,on foot to stimulate more targeted health problems for the current office crowd provided relief program,which has certain theoretical and practical meaning.
