Research On The Development Strategy Of Zhenjiang Shipping Co.

Since China's accession to the world trade organization,trade relations with other countries have increased year by year,which is a great opportunity for ships and their derivatives industry.However,due to the economic crisis,shipbuilding enterprises are facing many unfavorable factors.How to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and develop and grow under the circumstances of opportunities and challenges is an important issue that the shipbuilding industry needs to pay attention to.This paper is based on the Zhenjiang Shipping Co as the research object,systematically analyzes the development strategy of the enterprise,provides reference for the planning of the enterprise development route,and can also provide reference for other shipbuilding enterprises.Based on the related theories of contemporary management and economics,this paper first comprehensively analyzes and studies the external and internal environment of the Shipping Co in Zhenjiang.Second,it uses the SWOT theory to study the internal advantages and disadvantages of the enterprises and the opportunities and threats of the external environment,and to carry out the integration with the enterprise development strategy.Finally,according to the strategic development thought and development goal of the enterprise,the rational strategy stage selection and implementation means are put forward,and the concrete measures are matched to ensure the implementation of the strategy.
