Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of automobile industry,automobile has become an indispensable tool in life,and people’s demand for cars is getting higher and higher.Auto air conditioning as the key factors influencing the automobile comfort is more and more attention.Because performance of conditioning duct will directly affect the performance of air conditioning and the car indoor comfort,simulation analysis in the automobile air conditioning system is very important.In recent years,the theoretical method of CFD analysis of automobile air conditioning duct has been relatively mature and has been widely used in practice.However,the simplification method and parameter setting of each engineering level in the calculation process are not uniform,which leads to the obvious influence of different model simplification methods and parameter Settings on the calculation results.Based on reading literatures,the simulation calculation and data accumulation,simulation experiment method was used to study the automobile air conditioning duct CFD analysis in various simplified method and parameter Settings on the result of calculation.After the planning and arrangement,a relatively complete set of simplified methods were obtained,and the air-conditioner duct was analyzed and optimized by using the organized scheme.These results have significance to standardize the CFD simulation method and to improve the calculation precision of the air duct.The research methods will have some reference value for the defrost of car air conditioner.
