With the rapid development of the manufacturing industry,the requirements for machining accuracy and processing efficiency of workpieces are getting higher and higher,and on-line grinding detecting systems are effective measures to improve the above requirements.At the same time,due to the different detection accuracy required for workpieces of different sizes.the traditional on-line curve grinding detecting system generally needs to replace different optical components.In order to solve the above problems,a double-sided telecentric zoom lens system is designed.The zoom lens detection function is realized by calibration of magnification.At the same time,it is insensitive to object and image displacements,and the magnification can be continuously changed.The magnification of the optical system is-.025~×~-5.0~×,and the object field of view is 0.01~40mm.Finally,through optimization,the maximum distortion of each field of view of the system is less than 0.5%;The modulation transformation function of the full field of view is greater than 0.1 at 145 lp/mm,which close to the diffraction limit;telecentricity is less than 1°.A reasonable tolerance distribution was performed by tolerance analysis,and system's cam curve is plotted with Matlab.Finally,the detection system can realize the detection of workpieces with different resolutions and complex curve profiles in the range of40mm,without adjusting the position of the optical system.For workpieces in the size range of 0.01~20mm,20~30mm,30~40mm,the detection accuracy can reach 0.01mm,0.02mm,and 0.03mm respectively.
